svt Group Launches New Corporate Brand Saverto:
Global Reorganisation of Product Portfolio

The svt Group, a leading European provider of passive fire protection solutions, is realigning its strategic focus. Effective June 2025, the company’s product division will operate under the newly introduced brand name Saverto. This move consolidates svt’s international product brands under a single, unified umbrella. The new structure offers customers and partners a clearer structure and more efficient access to tailored solutions in the field of passive fire protection.

Dr. Jens Reiners

"Our goal is to protect people with innovative fire protection solutions and ensure lasting safety in buildings and vehicles. Together, we're shaping a safer future – for our customers, our employees, and for society as a whole."

Dr. Jens Reiners has served as CEO of Saverto and the svt Group of Companies since March 2021. He previously spent more than 15 years in leadership roles at the Hilti Group, including six years as Managing Director of Hilti Netherlands and four years as Managing Director of Hilti Germany. He began his career in management consulting at the Droege Group. Jens Reiners holds a PhD in economics and studied in both Germany and the United States. He is married with three children and enjoys football, tennis, and long walks with his dachshund.

Wouter Pool has been CFO of Saverto and the svt Group of Companies since April 2024, with responsibility for Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Quality Management. Originally from the Netherlands, he brings many years of industry experience, having spent 13 years in various leadership roles at Hilti – including CFO Central Europe in Munich and Finance Director in India and Switzerland. He began his career at KPMG and Cargill in the Netherlands. As a passionate finance professional, he thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where he can help drive change and foster innovation. Wouter is married, has three children, and is an enthusiastic ball sports player – currently with a particular passion for padel.
