Saverto strengthens industrial division with acquisition of K.TEX Knein Technische Textilien GmbH

With the acquisition of K.TEX Knein Technische Textilien GmbH, Saverto Holding GmbH is further expanding its expertise in the field of technical textiles for fire and heat protection and strengthening the strategic development of its industrial division.
On 1 January 2026, the management of the company was handed over from Dr Robert Knein-Linz to Dr Katarzyna Linn as planned. Dr Linn will take over the operational management of the company and be responsible for the further development of K.TEX within Saverto.
Dr Robert Knein-Linz:
