svt Group Launches New Corporate Brand Saverto: Global Reorganisation of Product Portfolio
Hamburg, 2 June 2025 – The svt Group, a leading European provider of passive fire protection solutions, is realigning its strategic focus. Effective June 2025, the company’s product division will operate under the newly introduced brand name Saverto. This move consolidates svt’s international product brands under a single, unified umbrella. The new structure offers customers and partners a clearer structure and more efficient access to tailored solutions in the field of passive fire protection.
Targeted Growth Requires Precise Structures
Since its founding in 1969, svt Group has grown from a local German provider into a leading international company in the field of passive fire protection products and services. Over the past six years, revenue has nearly tripled to more than 350 million euros. This strong organic and inorganic growth—driven by the expansion into new locations, markets, and brands—places significant demands on brand management. A clear, future-oriented structure is therefore essential to actively support further growth and enhance market visibility.
svt Services will continue to operate exclusively under the svt brand, which will be used for its fire protection services as well as damage restoration. This division also includes the engineering services provided under the Endreß brand. With its own management team and independent legal structure, svt Services is focused on driving further growth within the German market.
The product division, previously managed under svt Products, will now be consolidated under the new umbrella brand Saverto.
Saverto: A Unified Platform for Trusted and Established Brands
Saverto encompasses product brands across three distinct segments, each with a strong market and customer focus:
- Construction: Flamro as Lead Brand for passive fire protection products, alongside regional brands Scandi Supply and DDL
- Industry: KuhnOdice as Lead Brand serving Industry and Transportation sectors, completed by regional brand Mann McGowan
- Glazing: Pyroguard and FireGlass as lead brands in the fire safety glass segment
As the leading brand in the Industry segment, KuhnOdice combines the expertise, products, and capabilities of Rolf Kuhn GmbH, Odice SAS, and the former svt product portfolio for Transportation applications. This integration creates a comprehensive and sustainable portfolio of industrial fire protection solutions.
Brand Identity and Market Positioning
The name Saverto is derived from “to save” and “to avert,” encapsulating the core values of the product division: safety, reliability, and structured solutions. The new brand architecture enhances Saverto’s international visibility, providing customers with clear orientation, a distinct market position, and direct access to trusted product brands across all segments.
